How many logo concepts will I receive?
We offer offer 2-4 unique design options.
What if I don’t like any of the initial concepts?
While we strive to create concepts that align with your vision, it’s understandable if none of the initial options hit the mark perfectly. In this case, we can explore a new design direction by developing a new set of concepts based on your revised feedback. This is still absolutely FREE.

What information should I include in the form?
- Your company name and a brief description of your business.
- Any existing branding elements you have (colours, fonts, slogans).
- A few keywords or phrases that capture the essence of your brand.
- Examples of logos you like (and dislike) to give us a sense of your style preference.
Can I request revisions to the initial concepts?
Unlimited revisions only apply after you choose your preferred design from the initial concepts and place an order.
What file format will the logo concepts be provided in?
You will get the concepts in high-resolution PNG format.
What happens after I choose a logo concept?
Once you select a preferred concept, our designer will refine it based on your feedback. This refinement stage typically involves finalizing details like colour, typography, symbol and layout. How long will the logo design process take?
The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the logo you want and the jobs we have in the queue. However, the initial concept phase usually takes 24 hours (1 business).
Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want before submitting the form?
No worries if you don’t have a completely fleshed-out concept. Even if you only have some keywords or a general direction, providing those details can be helpful. We can also offer suggestions based on your industry and target
What happens after I choose a logo concept?
Once you select a preferred concept, we can refine it further and develop variations for different applications (website, business cards, etc.).
