Payment Authorization

I authorize Done4u Media to debit my debit/credit card or bank account for the agreed-upon amount and on the agreed-upon day of the month and or frequency as part of the auto-debit schedule for the services provided by Done4u Media.

By agreeing to this authorization, I understand that the amount debited may vary based on variations in the services provided or other factors. I also understand that I will be notified in advance of any changes to the amount debited or the auto-debit schedule.

I agree to allow Done4u Media to use my debit/credit card information or bank account information to process payments for the services provided. I understand that Done4u Media will securely retain this information for future recurring payments until I choose to revoke this authorization.

I acknowledge that Done4u Media may charge a processing fee for credit card payments and that any changes to this fee will be communicated to me in advance.

I authorize Done4u Media to debit my account for any fees associated with the services provided by Done4u Media, including but not limited to, managed ad spends and variations in debit dates.

I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my payment information up-to-date, and I agree to notify Done4u Media promptly of any changes to my payment information.

By using Done4u Media services, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this authorization for recurring payments and automated payment with Done4u Media.

I hereby confirm that I possess the requisite authority to act as a signatory or to provide payment information on behalf of the organization.
